Creating a Global Teacher Education Program

Our client wanted to create an ideal online learning program for teachers around the world that was futuristic, and focused on collaboration. We looked at research studies conducted on indicators for effective and innovative teaching practices around the world, various learning theories and models that focused on learning through collaboration and came up with a unique learning design solution to meet the needs of the teachers.

In order to implement this unique design solution, a custom-designed learning platform had to be built. The instructional designer worked as the project manager to guide the technology architecture as well as the implementation of the curriculum and delivery of the program. Today, the program is extremely effective and an independent research study has also been conducted on the effectiveness of its learning design.
